Current 9th-11th Grade Auditions May 13th

All auditions will be during class
Auditions will include 4 random major scales, a prepared etude, and short sight-reading.
Percussion should be prepared to perform snare rudiments in addition to the prepared mallet piece and scales. Rudiments include a single stroke roll, double stroke roll, nine stroke roll, single paradiddle, paradiddle-diddle, flam paradiddle, and single drag tap. Rudiments should be played at least the tempo of the silver level of the Vic Firth play along. Videos and practice tracks in the link below.
